How to turn conflict into a winning way for your company?

Workplace conflict. It’s a phrase that causes hearts to ice over and tempers to flare at the thought of it. And let’s now be honest with each other: who has not suffered with it and at the hands of it at one time or another?

Whether it was about someone who assumed that they had the right to tell you what do or even how to do your job. Or a colleague who thought it prudent to bully you around in one way or another. Perhaps a person who played petty political games in the form of one-upmanship to score points with the boss.

Whatever it was or is right now for some, conflict at work causes severe stress and that magnifies itself and creeps into virtually all the other parts of our lives.

But how can we turn conflict into a win-win for us all at our place of work. A situation that could turn very sour very quickly into an opportunity to grow together and to be better as individuals and as a team.

This Speccon course focuses on how you can turn conflict into a winning way for your company. In this teaching we’ll show you how to take note and pay attention to each person’s worries, problems and stumbling blocks and how to work them out - together as a working unit.

We’ll show you, step-by-step how to be professional in the perceived concerns, the voicing of them and then the resolving of said problems and challenges. Majorly important is that this happens without offence being taken and it is not seen in a personal light so that a lot of emotion is taken out of the scenario. This is taught in such a way so as to benefit the individual, the department, the group, shareholders, company and eventually to the regions financial benefit.

Our instructions in this course shows you how to reframe thins in such a way that they become a shared battle and not a one-on-one war between people. This needs a collaboration so that people, departments or “silo’s” that were at odds with one another share the same passion to sort out the challenge and re-engineer it as a team.

This conflict also brings with it a huge opportunity to  determine what you all gained from it. Was there valuable learning to be gained from it? Was there a chance to beter see how one can make the work force actually function as a tightly knit team?

The one thing we can guarantee you is if you apply the principles, needs, values and goals that espouse in this course, you will without doubt have momentum to gather and thus focus more on how to avoid and/or face and work through conflict to the potential and benefit of you and your co-workers as well as all the stake holders.

This is a valuable addition to any worker, whether it’s the security guard at the gate, right through to the CEO. Every one can and should be better at finding out how you can employ conflict to make it a winning feature at your place of work rather than a massive stumbling block which it is at most organisations.
