What is Stress Management ?

Stress management is all about taking charge: of your lifestyle, thoughts, emotions, and the way you deal with problems. No matter how stressful your life seems to be, there are always steps you can take to relieve the burden and regain control.

eLearning’s Stress Management course explores the importance of firstly identifying the stress, (both real and imagined), the then the sources and the symptoms thereof.

We look at the positive and negative escape routes available when faced with stress, the 4 C’s of stress and why it is essential to prioritise mental wellness.
