What is Firefighting Training ?

This course covers the identification of fires, causes of fires and the four classes of fires. We look at the method of operating basic firefighting equipment which includes the use of fire extinguishers, hoses and fire buckets.  Additionally, the different classes of fires are taught as well as how to fight each type of fire. The steps and precautions to be taken when fighting fires in accordance with organisational procedures brings the course to a close.
