Qualification Overview
The Work Readiness Program is designed to meet the needs of those learners who are already employed, or new learners entering the workplace, requiring readiness skills. It introduces theoretical concepts of work readiness and requires the application thereof, to develop a range of skills that will enable learners to be better-informed workers in their chosen industry. The learnership aims to achieve competent application of the knowledge, techniques and skills of end user computing applications in the workplace.
