Qualification Overview

The Automotive Sales and Support Service Learnership is intended to provide learners with the knowledge

and skills to work effectively in various sub-sectors of the industry as automotive sales persons. The primary

skill is the ability to apply the fundamental competencies of automotive sales with reference to recognising

and responding to prospective clients. It substantiates the natural progression of a journeyman into the sales

industry. Functional areas covered include, vehicle sales, parts sales, servicing sales, tyre sales, motor cycle

sales, commercial vehicle sales, and off the road vehicle sales.

On achieving this qualification, the learner will have competencies in:

  • Performing vehicle sales;
