Learners accessing this standard will be working as a leader in the context of a small project / sub-project involving few resources and having a limited impact on stakeholders and the environment or working as a contributing team member on a medium to large project when not a leader.

Learners accessing this standard will be working as a leader in the context of a small project / sub-project involving few resources and having a limited impact on stakeholders and the environment or working as a contributing team member on a medium to large project when not a leader. These projects may be technical projects, business projects or developmental projects. This standard will also add value to learners who are running their own business and recognise that project management forms an integral component of any business.

- 2.0Meeting/workshop participants and alternates are identified, recorded and contact details are available
- 2.1Dates, times, and venues for project meetings/workshops are determined and recorded according to agreed procedures
- 2.2The purpose of the meeting is to agree with relevant stakeholders
- 2.3A checklist or schedule for arranging project meetings/workshops is prepared and agreed with relevant stakeholders
- 2.4Constraints or rules to be followed in arranging the project meeting/workshop are complied with according to agreed policies and procedures
- Unit 3: Arrange and support a project meeting or workshopASSESSMENT CRITERIA5
- 3.0Project meeting/workshop invitations and agendas are prepared and distributed in a time frame that allows for pre-meeting/ workshop preparation
- 3.1Meeting minutes and other supporting documentation is distributed within agreed time frames after the previous meeting/workshop
- 3.2Meeting/workshop documentation is complete, accurate and stored in safe custody
- 3.3Necessary facilities, venues and resources are arranged in accordance with requirements, constraints and rules
- 3.4Meeting/workshop participants are communicated with in order to confirm and clarify arrangements and to resolve issues
