- Unit 1: Describe and maintain a secure environment by following the security procedure in accordance with organisational requirements5
- 1.0Procedures to maintain a secure working environment are described.
- 1.1A high level of security for staff and customers are explained and maintained, and the impact on the organisation if not doing so is defined.
- 1.2The security procedures to be followed in violent situations are described.
- 1.3The perpetrators within a violent situation are identified, and the correct reporting procedure followed and adhered to under simulated conditions.
- 1.4The correct procedure is followed for reporting suspicious items.
- Unit 2: Secure Customer, staff and storage areas from unauthorised access in accordance with orginisational requirements4
