Course Purpose
Selecting a date, venue, and time for a meeting or event, coordinating with attendees to confirm availability, booking venues and catering, finalising meeting room arrangements, arranging travel, car hire, and accommodation, notifying and confirming details with attendees, and managing the processing and distribution of all necessary documentation are key tasks in efficiently organising meetings and events.

- 0.4Agenda for meeting/event is forwarded to venue provider and caterers so that correct times for meals and breaks can be adhered to.
- 0.5Venue and caterers are notified in writing and deposits paid

- 0.0Travel, car hire and accommodation requirements for all attendees are determined.
- 0.1Suitable accommodation is secured and bookings confirmed in writing.
- 0.2Car hire facilities are identified and confirmed in writing.
- 0.3Travel arrangements are made and all necessary documentation forwarded to the attendees.
- 0.4Invoices relating to travel, car hire and accommodation are processed.
- 0.5Any relevant advance disbursements for travel, car hire or accommodation are processed.
