This unit standard is for all persons involved in administration in commercial or non-commercial organisations.This course is designed to equip learners with the knowledge and skills to enhance individual and team performance in a business environment through effective performance management strategies. Learners will explore techniques for setting goals, monitoring progress, providing feedback, and aligning individual performance with organizational objectives to drive overall business success.
